Janie's Daydreams has been a work of love for so many years. It was originally recorded in Houston, Texas. This past year I worked with my friend and drummer Mark Stark to complete it's long journey thru time. I gave Mark a lot of room to channel the many diverse styles of music to come up with the drum parts.
Choosing a cover was difficult. I searched all of my scanned photos from the past and came across one that I took of Christine Cobaugh at me place in Hollywood. Her soft profile did it for me the moment I saw it. Christine took the album cover photos for the Assassin of Silence albums Beneath all the Madness, Live @ The Relic House and Phaze Shifter.. You can get all of them here on Bandcamp for free, go download yourself a free copy today.
I would like to thank all the people who have had the pleasure of hearing the original two track mixes of Janie's Daydreams and felt that it should see the light of day even without the drums. Well folks, here it is, in what I think is it's best representation, with the added drums.
If you are unable to get any of my albums on line because you don't have a credit card or pay-pal account, please contact me on the link provided on this page and I'll be more than happy to get you a DVD disc with the 24 bit files or burn you a CD standard 16 bit or 320 mp3 disc of the entire albums for the same cost.
I do recommend that if you are downloading this album or albums to your phone and wish to get it as an mp3, please choose the 320 mp3 format. The smaller size mp3's suck big time. I totally think that since the 24 bit wav. files are the best sound. Take the time and download them to your computer and make whatever type of wav. or mp3 you want.
It's all good. RIP Sopwith, my good pal and companion You were always there to keep me focused trying to avoid you howling on every song.
Love You all, peace out
