2.
If You Always (Jim Curnutte) If you have something, You want to give away Then give it, give it away today Because tomorrow, you might never have it again Your friends, If they love you, They'll understand, yes they'll understands That tomorrow never brings the gifts of today, all the way So remember what your meaning, And remember what you say Because, tomorrow never brings, The thoughts of yesterday, no no And always, Try to understand, If you, let go of my hand I'll always, Yes I'll always, be with you And if always, You look around, And you see, people in your town Bringing you down, Bringing you down, tell me, tell me I want to, be your friend, till the end, Until the dieing, until, until the dieing dieing end, dieing end. So make it if you can, And remember I've got your hand And I'll always try to make it, Anyway I know how, anyway I know how When my friends, They all love me, And they come by and I'm not at home, They'll remember, last December, when it was cold, when it was cold And somehow you'll remember, That you always, gotta cross the line, And You'll remember, Yes, you'll remember What it was like, What it was like You'll always remember, You'll always, always remember, You'll always, always remember, What it's like, Ahh yea, Always remember.

Which Parts 03:15
Which Parts (Jim Curnutte) I came upon her yesterday She said she had this feeling That everyone she knew was coming apart Ahh Haa, ouu, I saw Janie yesterday She said she had a dream That everyone she knew was coming apart Everyone she knew was coming apart Everyone she knew was coming apart Yes, everyone was coming apart Everyone was coming apart Everyday I look in her eyes I find the victims of yesterdays lies And when I question her upon the thoughts She looks at me and she says, why not Everyone she knows is coming apart Everyone she knows is coming apart Seems like a really strange thought Seems like a real strange thought Seems like a really strange thought
4.
Not Gonna Lie To You (Jim Curnutte) The night has brought me with you And I know the dreams that were thru I can remember all those nights I remember things that were true But I'm not gonna lie to you No I'm not gonna lie to you And if I have to keep them away from you Look around to see what's blew, I won't Everybody I know They come around, put on a show They tell me the things I don't want to know They always tell me things I don't want to know So I have to say go away, Gotta say go away Because somehow I don't want to listen today To all those things that you want to say, No I don't Come on, give me a break Give me a break, give me a break Janie and I, don't want to listen to no lie We just want to, pass on by Oh, yes we do, Oh yes we do We don't listen to no lies Listen no lies, listen no lies, no we don't Janie, don't you understand what they are trying to do They're trying to do it to you, They try to do it to me They laughed at us, and they mocked my name Now they are trying to do it to you just the same We gotta fight back, we gotta fight back With all we got and every strain, Things we need and the things we do, we gotta do it we gotta do it, we gotta do it, we gotta do it, we gotta do it.

Remember A Daydream (Jim Curnutte) I remember a daydream That happened to me long ago, yes I do It was a big one With a little mouth I could see threw Could it have been reality, oh no no no Could have been just me, I guess so So now I’ll know, yes now, now I’ll know I remember when I looked through that mouth There was an ocean in it, and it looked So delightful for me So threw the mouth I went into Emotional eternity Emotional eternity, and it got me there And it’s made me, what I am Yes it’s made what I am, yes it has break I hope this daydream never stops I hope what’s happening, never quits And if it ever does Just give me what I need A shot of something else To make me, make me see To make me, make me see, ah huh I showed my friends what I meant I showed them just what I meant, when I said What mouth, it was a daydream I had had Daydream I had long ago A daydream that I just don’t know It could have happened long ago Or it might have, happened today Yes it might have, happened today Yes it might have, happened to day, ah alright
7.
Awake in the morning (Jim Curnutte) I wake in the morning, I feel myself coming down I look at the sky; I’ve got my thoughts running around And if I try to make it so brave I might not be there at all I hear the wind calling me; I see them all laugh out loud I see all the freakies baby, but they bring me this heavenly shore of Pain and anger There will be more for you I’ve got this old feeling; it gets down in my soul About all these people, who pray that they don’t get old They say someday the country is right Until tomorrow, let’s say goodnight …. Goodnight La, la, la, la All these people well they say to me Maybe tomorrow, but that’s to be Ignored by all their feelings, ignored by all of their dealings I see them by the light of the day; I can’t say that I look that way I’ll try my best to ignore their scene You can understand what I mean I’ve been out there happy, I’ve been out there oh so sad I’ve seen what goes on, I’ve seen what goes on down I have to tell you what I don’t understand That’s why I’m sitting here holding my hand La, la, la, la Let me be my own man Let me be my own man Let me be my own man La, la, la, la Like to tell you what I think of you If you let me begin with the truth
8.
End Of Dreams (Jim Curnutte) You and I are there Looking around the air Like, we've been here before We know the rules We made them up In our daydreams, we did Janie, What will we do When those daydreams Come nearer the end What will we do, What will we do, Will we walk away, Will we walk away,
9.
Is It All Over (Jim Curnutte) Sometimes I get ram-pet with thought Then there's times when I'm not So, Jane be quick with the pen So, we can do it all over again Is it all over ..... is it aaaall over Is it all over ......is it aaaall over There was a time when I was lookin' around Tried to make myself a big old town Nobody wanted to hear my sound They all said, "You're just kidden' us around" Is it all over ..... is it aaaall over Is it all over ......is it aaaall over Is it all over ..... is it aaaall over Is it all over ......is it aaaall over Sometimes when I want to be it Then there's time when I can almost see it But Jane was a little slow with the pen And my intelligence wouldn't let me do it again Is it all over ..... is it aaaall over Is it all over ......is it aaaall over Is it all over ..... is it aaaall over Is it all over Janie and myself, and my dog, we'll just look out the window and watch the circus go by

about

jc story-teller Huntington, West Virginia

jc story-teller was the original performing name for Jim Curnutte. It was later dropped in 1979 for Assassin of Silence. After two successful released LP's. In 1981 Jim Curnutte decided to drop all the handles and go strictly under his name. Thus came the album (factorial). Many more Jim Curnutte albums coming.
There will be more jc story-teller release coming also.
