Is It All Over (original 2 track tape mix)

about

This is the original analog stereo tape mix of Is It All Over. After I had finished the multi tracking for these album demos I would mix then mix them down onto 1/4 tape at 71/2 IPS. I then would take that tape and dupe copies onto 7" reel to reel tape, cassette and 8 track tape cartridges for friends. I love the ending on this version. When the master mix tape was made I only had enough room to put all the songs except Daydreams. So, Is It All Over became the ending song. After digitally transferring the original multitrack recordings I found the song Daydreams after Is It All Over. Through all those many years I always thought that Is It All Over was the last song on the album. Ha ha was I surprised and also thrilled to be able to finally complete Janie's Daydream as it was intended to be.

about

jc story-teller Huntington, West Virginia

jc story-teller was the original performing name for Jim Curnutte. It was later dropped in 1979 for Assassin of Silence. After two successful released LP's. In 1981 Jim Curnutte decided to drop all the handles and go strictly under his name. Thus came the album (factorial). Many more Jim Curnutte albums coming.
There will be more jc story-teller release coming also.
